01Who We Are

Moxcrm is a product of EaseHawk Technologies Private Limited ("EaseHawk", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with registered office in Rohini, Delhi (CIN: U62011DL2024PTC427769). For the Moxcrm website, EaseHawk acts as the data controller (or the equivalent role under applicable law, such as "data fiduciary" under India's DPDP Act).

02Scope of This Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the Moxcrm marketing website, including the demo-request form. It does not yet cover the Moxcrm product itself: when the Service becomes generally available, in-product processing of customer CRM data will be governed by a dedicated product privacy notice, our Terms & Conditions, and a Data Processing Agreement, under which we act as processor on our customers' behalf.

03Data We Collect

Through the Site we collect only what you choose to give us:

• Demo-request details — name, company website, work email, contact number, preferred demo slot, and anything you write in the free-text field.
• Correspondence — the content of emails you send to us.
• Technical basics — standard server logs generated when you visit any website (IP address, browser type, timestamps). The Site itself sets no cookies at present (see our Cookie Policy).

Please do not include sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or financial-account information) in free-text fields; we do not request it and do not wish to receive it.

04How We Use Personal Data

We use the data above to: respond to and schedule demo requests; communicate about Moxcrm's availability and early access; operate, secure and debug the Site; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use demo-request data for third-party advertising.

05Legal Bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on: your consent (submitting the demo form and asking to be contacted); our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to business enquiries) balanced against your rights; and legal obligation where applicable.

06AI & Automated Decision-Making

The Site does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you. Within the future product, AI features generate assistive output (such as scores expressed in qualitative confidence bands) intended for human review; decisions remain with the customer's users.

07Sharing & Processors

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions — such as email and communications tooling, form/CRM tooling and website hosting — and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

08International Transfers

We operate from India and serve organisations across GCC, India and the rest of the world, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we will use recognised safeguards appropriate to the exporting regime.

09Retention

We keep demo-request and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and reasonable follow-up about Moxcrm's launch, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a short, security-appropriate period. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will suppress your details from outreach while retaining the minimum necessary to honour that request.

10Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including transport encryption for data in transit, access on a need-to-know basis, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will act in accordance with applicable breach-notification laws.

11Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact hello@moxsuite.ai; we may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timelines required by the applicable regime.

12Children

The Site and the Service are intended for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, easehawk.com or social platforms). Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

14Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy as the product and our processing evolve — including a substantial revision before the Service's general availability. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated effective date.
